Hi, I'm Hannah & I'm GOTHIC DISCO!

I'm an award-winning photographer and a seasoned marketing professional. I'm passionate about helping small businesses grow their business while showing up as their most authentic self on social media.

 

​I received my Bachelor's degree in 2018 from The University of Southern Mississippi (SMTTT!) and my Master's degree in 2021 from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I've been involved professionally in marketing for five years in various capacities. From print marketing to digital marketing to social media, I've seen it all. After working for five years in various industries as a marketing professional, I decided to start Gothic Disco.

 

My goal with Gothic Disco is to focus on, and support, small businesses. I strive to bring the most authentic version of a small business to their social media and work hard to make sure that their social media presence maintains their core values.​Before beginning my Master's degree I moved to the stunning Blue Ridge mountains. I now live in Asheville, North Carolina with my husband and our two pitties, Nova and Valkyrie.​

 

Here are five fun facts about me:

1. I've lived in 5 states. I was born in North Carolina, but moved around a lot until I came back home to NC.

2. I love to read. My favorite books of all time are Matilda by Roald Dahl, Les Miserables by Victor Hugo, and A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas

3. Although my name is Gothic Disco, I'm terrified of anything scary. I don't watch scary movies at all, I've never even seen one!

4. I wholeheartedly believe that the movie Megamind is the best animated movie ever

5. I played volleyball for six years from middle school through high school and then picked it up 8 years later as an adult and competed on multiple sand volleyball teams.​​​
